I've had many Carpet Cleaning companies over the years, and a friend of mine convinced me to try Steam Clean Carpet Cleaners out of Rochester Hills. She said her family has been using them since 1989 and they would never use anybody else! I decided to give them a try and I was not disappointed! They were exactly the type of company I've been trying to find for years! They were courteous, honest, hard-working, and very friendly. I've never felt so at ease letting strangers come into my home. They moved everything and put it back exactly where it was, they put clear plastic tabs under my furniture that you couldn't really see so I didn't even have to remove them when the carpet dried. Oh yes, most importantly, the carpet! The carpet came out beautiful! It almost looked brand new again! I've never been so pleased. They spent a lot of time on the carpet and made sure I was happy before they packed up to leave. Some of the other companies I've used were in & out in under an hour, ya simple & quick alright, simple & quick to take my hard earned money and run! Not these guys, they worked hard and honestly the price was great! I even asked for some advice on cleaning my furniture and 2 of the pieces they told me could wait another 6 months to be cleaned! I appreciated the honesty and it save me money! Steam Clean will be my 1st and ONLY choice from now on when it comes to cleaning my carpet & furniture! Check back in a month and read my review for the work they do on cleaning tile. I have them coming back to clean my 2 bathrooms and kitchen tile. If these guys clean my tile like they did my carpet & furniture I'm certain it'll be another rave review from me! Thanks again you guys!!
