A few years ago, they did the small patio paved for me. The work was done by bunch of Mexicans, who could not speak English and the owner/supervisor was not present. Shortly after they left, I found that they buried all unused rocks and debris and covered it by dirt. The cement work at the perimeter was very shabby, uneven and cracked as soon as they left. I called owners multiple times and every time was promised that someone "will stop by, look at it and have it fixed". I filed complain with the Better Business Bureau. No result, either. The pavers laid right on the top of the rain discharge tube and bulging now. Steps on the porch have moved, opening gaps about an inch wide. Very frustrating experience.
