Therapists are acceptable, some more so, but the customer service is poor. Paying customers are questioned on having made payments. Bank statement was given (to management at reception), and no apology is offered for rude behavior. When confronted, manager failed to respond appropriately, and still refused to apologize (?!?). Do not go here if you wish to be treated as a valued customer.
