Feeling the Love on my Lawn. Great experience working with the highly trained technicians. They know what they're talking about, and they definitely walk the talk. Not often do you find a reliable lawn care service. They've done a great job so far two months in. They are also reasonably priced for the quality of work. I plan to carry them to my next house. Thank you Lush Lawn.

Lush Lawn works fast and efficiently. They helped clear out massive amount of overgrown ivy and vine on the fences, trimmed several trees, and pulled out weeds. I will consider hiring them for regular yard service, and even re-landscaping in the future.

I recently switched my lawn service to Lush Lawn. I am very satisfied with their service, and will continue to use them. I no longer have to worry about weeds and rough patches of grass. They ensure that my lawn is weed free, fertilized and green all season. Thanks Lush Lawn.

Lush Lawn delivered well beyond my expectations! Words cannot express my gratitude. Both the front and back yards went from desolate and unkempt to beautifully manicured gems. Update, they came by yesterday to do a clean up on my front lawn and they were quick and fantastic. Took them around 30 minutes and everything was great. I would recommend them to anyone!

Terrible customer service. The manager yelled at me and told me he felt sorry for all the people in my life that had to deal with me. They schedule to come out every 4-6 weeks. They came after 3 week essentially charging me twice in one month. I called to complain and they weren't going to do anything and I had to pay both bills. Asked to speak to a manager and after explaining the situation he seem to be understanding but when I didn't agree to stay as a customer he got irate. I didn't want the free things they were offering. I just didn't want to be charged for early treatment. The manager was actually yelling at me and was telling me how he feels sorry for everyone in my life. I cannot express how bad their customer service. Never have I been talked to by a manager that way.

Knowledgeable staff very friendly and polite. The program is nice because it comes with a guarantee and they come back out if you're not happy.

This is the worse company you can have servicing your lawn. I was recruited by Matt who is no longer with the company, but the arrangements were made that were never followed through. He assured me that after prepaying for my services the technician would monitor my lawn and make sure I would not have issues of any kind. Few months into my lawn got completely destroyed with insects, and it was not noted on my account until I questioned one of their technicians if there was an issue with my lawn. It was their mistake but I ended up paying for insecticide and revival application. During this issue, the female called me from their office soliciting a service and also to confirm the additional services added because of their mistake made on my lawn. I approved all services but aeration and told her that I would call if I decide to go with it… In mean time the technician came did all 3 services even though the 3rd service was not approved… After months of talking to the same female and her refusing to have office manager call me or the owner, my account ended up in collections for 1 service, but I prepaid and paid 3x more that. I would bet that there is more people out there that this was done to, I think this is how they get extra money, and the owner has no idea what is going on, I wouldn't be surprised if the people who call to solicit more services get bonus from it, or monthly quota done.

My perennials were damaged by overspraying my lawn for weeds and fertilizer on a windy day. Too bad I had prepaid for the years services because they issue no refunds on their mistakes. Only a credit towards the following year...

It is not even one star at all. They are horrible. Our lawn was ruined by them for a year.

Worst customer service ever. They district manger cost his company a client because he would stand behind what his own employee agreed to.

We have been attempting to contact Lush Lawn about some problems with our services. We have had issues with excess weeds and service people driving on our lawn . As soon as there were problems the response stopped! We have asked to discontinue our service and the still come to our house. Unfortunately, have little to recommend about this company.

Having been a customer of Lush Lawn for the 2012 season i can honestly say the results were fair to poor and i always felt as if i was being upsold at every opportunity. they appear to be more of a selling organization than lawn care specialists. I spoke to a gentleman from LL who was applying an application about a need suggested by the home office that would have cost an additional $100, in his opinion their suggestion was not needed and that it was part of their program to sell more.

LL also uses deception business practices where they assume you will remain a customer from one year to the next and will apply and bill without being asked or contacted with. I see this as an issue. i would not recommend this company!
