The closed out our pool for the winter (cost 437 dollars) however did not do it properly which resulted in burst pipes and all the water leaking out of the pool. They made a visit to our property which was not scheduled, and we were not made aware that they were going to visit, and they left a note saying "we took a look at your pool and there's nothing that we can do until spring." Now that it is spring we have been calling them in regards to this letter, so that they can fix what they screwed up, but they are not answering or returning our phone calls. This is a very unprofessional company and I will not recommend them to anyone.

Paul Knapp is a great guy always has done my pool opening/closings and everything else we have needed over the years. Trusting guy for sure I always recommend him
