Very unhappy with the service... or LACK of service. After the initial visit the part had to be order for the copier. I CALLED 6 TIMES before I received 1 call back 3 days later in response to Gary ordering the part. It was supposed to arrive on Thursday and I HAD TO CALL AGAIN 5 times for the next 3 days to find out what was going on. He didn't get the part until Tuesday. FOR A BUSINESS THAT IS A LONG TIME TO WAIT NOT KNOWING WHAT THE STATUS WAS. At the initial visit, he promised to haul away a old printer. When he came to install the part, Gary stated that "he forgot to bring the truck and be back on Friday". Friday came and went... so did another 4 phone calls and an email. The price he charges is ridiculous! Especially when it took 5 minutes to replace the part. What a waste of MY TIME and MY EMPLOYERS time. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
