I use Omega for all of my real estate sales that need a pest inspection. Great company, good service with a smile and a very honest man.

We live in Rochelle. We bought a living room set off of Craig's List and luckily we found the bed bugs on it before they had a chance to spread. Called around to every exterminator I could find listed. Omega got here first, confirmed it was bed bugs and their price for treatment was about 1/4 of what Anderson, Terminix and Orkin would have charged us. Gentleman was very professional, took his time to do the job right and very pleasant throughout.



Only downside: The only way to get ahold of them is apparently to call and leave a message on their voicemail. All things considered, that was a very minor issue.

This is a wonderful locally owned business. They have helped us out many times and stand behind their work.

Don't go with these guys. Had an appointment at 1pm. Hour and a half later...we're still wondering where they are. Tried calling several times to find out what the problem is and nobody answers the phone. Nobody has called us either. Definitely never looking into this company again!
