If you did actually stand behind every job, you would have repaired the leaking NEW roof at no cost to us (flashing was not installed properly around chimney), and you would have returned to install the humidistat on our attic fan. That was over a year ago and you have not done as you promised. I am very disappointed in Paul Carlson after the thousands of dollars spent thinking he was the best -- and no penny pinching on our part. We shared the cost of fixing the leaking roof (!) -- another nearly $400 on top of the $10,000 roof. If you want a roofer who truly stands behind the job, I strongly urge you to avoid Carlson Construction. Perhaps his larger jobs he actually finishes properly. I know he came highly recommended. But I won't recommend him to anyone.
