New to the area I left a message to see about getting added to their route when I saw their truck on our street. I let them know in the original contact where I was located. When I called the number sent to me in a response email 3 days later they said they weren't accepting new clients in the area since their truck was full. Interesting they can't fit 1 more household in the truck after telling me they would 3 days ago.

I have lived in the area for several years. They have not picked up my trash when it is clearly by the road then tried to say I hadn't paid my bill which was up to date. Then tried to get me to wait another week to puck up my already full trash. Customer service lady lacks proper social skills needed to fulfill her job requirements. When I called to get a new trashcan that had been damaged by the recent storm. She loudly sighed, interrupted what I was saying to ask for my address and hung up on me before I could finish giving my address. Not the only time she has been rude. One time she has called me a liar about my charges and when I was receiving services. When transferred to supervisor he clearly disregarded her actions.

after being gone for 6months, I returned home to find that my trash bin had been removed due to their mistake. they promised they would bring a trash bin on Monday. here it is Thursday and the tell me they will bring it back today or tomorrow, Friday. I have been paying for service that I have not even used and they do not seem to care. it's not their problem attitude!

They are not accommodating when you have extra trash. They just throw the bags on the ground. When I stopped the truck the driver, he acted like he wasn't going to stop and I had to move out of the way so I would not get run over.
