I rented a 10' truck to move some items. After 2 hrs. the engine began smoking and the check engine light came on. I parked it and called U-Haul. I was told to return it and the GM would take care of it when we got there. Several people were waiting, and the printer was broken. The guy behind the counter was trying to handle returns and reservations by himself. Another guy came in and began yelling at the guy behind the counter. He shouted that as of now the store was CLOSED. No more rentals until the backed up returns were processed. Anyone returning a truck should just leave their key and go. I tried to explain that there was a problem with our truck and that I was told to speak with the Mgr. He shouted that the Mgr. was off. He had had a long day and was not about to take any s*** from anybody. He grabbed a business card and tossed it at me, telling me to call the GM's cell phone if I had a f***ing problem, and that I needed to get the f*** out of HIS store. Worst. Service. Ever

I think this location watches too much reality TV. Returned a truck almost left with a black eye. Employees very abrassive and confirtational. Beware. Great prices but huge customer service problem
