The repair man came within 30 minutes of me calling. Everytime ive called around to other companies they took days to get to me or didnt even call back. This repairman came out even after business hours and fixed my heater in the snow. They are very dedicated and even cheaper then the other compainies around town. Ill be calling them again next time. They have earned my business and i highly recommend the good folks at John Christenbury heating and cooling!

Poor Service

I purchased a unit from this dealer 5 years ago, within the first 18 months it stopped cooling properly. I contacted them, they came out and found freon was leaking but did not discover where it was leaking. They added more freon and said they would be back in a month. They did not return but I got a bill for the freon and also a bill stating I had never paid for the unit. I had to find my receipts and copies of my check to show them I had in fact paid for the unit. Then they advised me verbally that I did not have to pay for the freon since it was under warranty. Months went by and no one came back out and again it stopped cooling properly. I called them again, then they accused me of failing to pay for services, even posted negative comments about to manufacturer of the heating unit (which was a Goodman Compcare unit). I explained my situation, how I was advised I need not pay for the freon due to it being under warranty......someone once again came out to my house and replaced freon but nothing else. I never heard from them again. This year it started failing me again and I had to call another dealer to come out and do the work and this repair cost me over 1200.00!!!! Something that should have been taken care of the first time! I will never utilize this business again!

Thank you to from a very happy customer

I would have to say this company puts the customer first. My elderly mother was very sick and my heat went out late one night and I called to have it checked at 8am that morning within 30mins they were nocking at my door and had it fixed in no time. I highly recommend them to everyone. Thanks John Christenbury you are good hearted person.

Dissatisfied Customer

This was a follow-up on a conversation concerning the misunderstanding of the services performed in question at my home. It was discovered on 7-17-2011 that the services that your company performed was inadequate and did not solve the air conditioning issue as preferred. The services your company provided on the first occasion July 2, 2011 was replacement of the air conditioning fuse on the outside which only solved the problem (put a bandage on the sore) for one hour and the same problem remained which cost me $89.00. The second time the company performed service for the same problem, they cleaned the air conditioning system and placed some freon into the system which also worked for less than 3 hours and the same problem reoccurred which cost $99. Along with the recurring of the problems, another problem that I (the customer) incurred was placing a new heating unit into the property (quoted price $1500). This was a deal breaker and it was ludicris to say the least.
