After taking my lawn mower to have the hinge repaired that holds the bag on the back of the lawn mower and also have a new blade put on I picked my mower up and paid the balance. The flap hinge was fixed. I noticed they charged me for blade sharpening instead of the complete changing of the blade as stated in my quote from them for repair so I decided to look under the mower after getting it home. I'm no blade expert but I know a sharpened blade vs. a dull blade when I see it. They hadn't done a thing to it. I took it back and told them I wanted the blade changed like I told them to begin with! They did apologize and changed the blade right then but then wanted to charge me extra! To me that's poor business! They made the mistake to begin with (or was it a mistake) and then had the audacity to charge me for inconveniencing me! If I had never looked under that mower I would have been out money for a job not done. I don't trust them and won't be back!
