I've prepared my own taxes through TurboTax but have had issues and wanted to seek professional help with 2011. Boy did I choose the wrong place. They literally did exactly what I would've done through TurboTax. In fact, I was the one saying what about this, what about that, etc. Would never recommend this place to anyone!
