Well I am going to assume that you clearly had no idea how to fix or install or repair whatever it was. So you have no room to critisize him. He got the job done so you have nothing to complain about. Stevens and associates is very reliable. They are professional and get the work done right.

The tech didn't know what he was doing. He brough his young son (between maybe 8 to 11 or so) along, came back 4 different times and still didnt solve the problem, and HE was one of the owners...
