We are so pleased with our new roof! Everyone connected with the company from the man at the home show to the scheduler to the installer, etc. were completely friendly and professional. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience. We would definitely recommend them!!!

Mountainland Exteriors was amazing! My fist bid was from a different window company who ran around the outside of my house, asked me why I wanted new windows, and told me I could go down to their showroom in Salt Lake if we wanted to see what they offered. They also said they would email my bid in a few days. I then asked my neighbor who recently did their windows. He told me Mountainland Exteriors and could not say enough great things about them. Randy the owner came out and took the time to sit down and explain why I needed new windows, exactly what that would entail, he showed me a sample of what I would be getting, which was just what I needed to hear when going into such a big investment! His bid was actually lower as well! Tom the installer did an incredible job and we could not be happier with our overall experience! Thanks a ton!

Randy has since contacted me and was willing to find a solution to our problem, and was far more professional than his employee.

We had our windows done the installers were great. Randy not so much. He apparently had a misunderstanding with my mom about payments. He was not very nice and he sat here yelling at my mother demanding money and saying he was going to put a lean on her house. I'm very unhappy with how he treated my mom. We will never do business with him again.

Mountainland Exteriors is a wonderful company to work with. It is outside of my comfort zone to have someone have to come and work on my home but the process was incredibly quick and painless. Even the bid was short and to the point--around 10 minutes I think? I had a bid that was over 2 hours from another company! (Shoot me!) Thank you Mountainland Exteriors for being so professional and having such amazing customer service.

Mountainland Exteriors did my soffit and fascia and gutters and I just wanted to say thank you for being honest and for having great follow through! I never felt pressured or ignored for the entire process which says a lot about a contracting company. My home turned out exactly like I wanted it to and I didn't have to wait around for it to get done. Thank you for your professionalism and honesty.

I literally just had my new windows installed on my condo two hours ago and I am SO in LOVE with them!!! I just wanted to say WOW first of all that the man told me he would be here at noon to install my windows and guess what--he came at noon!!! Who ever heard of a contractor that's actually on time?! My windows are beautiful, installed super fast, and you'll think I'm crazy but I can already feel a difference! Yay for no more drafts! I'm so impressed with this company. If I had known this process would be so smooth I would have gotten them done a long time ago! Thank you to the young man at the expo that told me about it, thank you to the nice young woman who scheduled my FREE estimate, thank you to the men who came (on time!) and gave me my estimate ( in 15 minutes!) and thank you to the installer who did such a quick job! I just don't have enough good things to say about this company! Don't trust any bad reviews--I've never had better customer service in my life!!! From giving them my name and number to getting my windows installed literally took less than a month--I didn't even know you could create custom windows that fast!! You rock Mountainland Exteriors!!!!!

Great product. Terrible customer service. It took weeks and weeks to get anything scheduled. I had to track them down, call after call to get anything done. They promised deadlines that never happened. Like I said, the windows are fine, installer was fine but I have 4 more windows in my house that need to be replaced and I will not go with them simply to avoid the headache.

I am so relieved to have found an honest contractor! Everything was straightforward in the contract and he delivered on everything! I have the windows that I want and didn't have to deal with extra charges or waiting around. If I ever need a new roof or whatever else they specialize in I will definitely go with them!

I don't usually write reviews, but I was so impressed with Mountainland Exteriors that I wanted to let others know what an awesome company this is! I happened upon their booth at a town show and got someone over to give me a bid for my siding just three days later! They were great with financing which was a major plus for me. I'm so happy with their speed and professionalism. The bid was quick and painless and so was the installation. Definitely go with Mountainland if you need to replace your siding!
