Wow! Thank you, Gillett Diesel Service! You saved our vacation! We are so grateful and will recommend you to everyone! There we were, on a road trip from California to meet family in Las Vegas for Thanksgiving (they flew in from Hawaii!) We were rattling and whining down the freeway and were convinced that the turbo in our 1996 Dodge Ram truck had failed. We contacted Gillett Diesel and Steve told us to come in ASAP. While my husband headed for Gillett Diesel, a mechanic was already building a replacement turbo for us. (Did you know they make their own turbos on site?) Within minutes of arrival, our truck was in the shop. Moments later, the mechanic told my husband the turbo was just fine. All that was wrong was a faulty seal causing all of the noise. Gillett fixed the seal, charged a minimal fee, and we were on our way within two hours from start to finish! Gillett Diesel gets at least 10 stars and an A++++++ for taking in strangers, honesty, integrity, excellent service, and very fair pricing! My husband offered Chris a tip to show our gratitude and he graciously declined. He explained he had been in a similar situation recently. THANK YOU, again, Gillett Diesel! Got some work done on my 01 ford, paid a great deal just to find out the service was being done for half the price around town. Service seemed to be done correct, just way over priced $$

Paid for a 3GSK for my cummins...instead of installing that they just pulled the torque plate that would give similiar results. CROOKS
