Doesn't Value Customer Service.... Glade did some curbing and concrete work for me this summer. Some of the curbing cracked within a week or two after the work was completed and the stain on the stamped concrete he "repaired" began fading at the same time. It took us weeks of emails and phone calls before he finally called us back and explained that the cracking is normal. Well, I've been trying to reach him again because the staining looks HORRIBLE like nothing was done. I've been trying to speak with him to see what our options are to get it looking better with out any phone calls back. I'm done trying to reach him and just want other customers to be aware of the type of company they will be potentially dealing with. The curbing and new concrete he installed looks good but his attempts to restain my existing stamped concrete was a complete waste of money and he refuses to discuss this with me.
