WebsiteRon Broomhead opened the Broomhead Funeral Home in 1987. He built his business from the ground up with the help of his wife LaRae and his children. For 20 years Broomhead Funeral Home has been helping families in our community. In 1996, Laura Procunier joined her father to continue the tradition of the family business. Laura is a member of the DMORT team and has assisted the cities affected by 9-11 and Hurricane Katrina. Ron and Laura strive to fulfill the needs of each family in their time.

Our father passed away very suddenly and unexpectedly. The Broomhead's service was exceptional and they took care of everything!! There were things that we didn't even know would be included. What an amazing family and so kind and compassionate. We highly recommend them! They will take care of you.
