As an owner of multiple properties, I always need a repairman I can trust. A friend referred me to American Appliance and I've been extremely happy with their service! They have been quick to come out, easy to work with, they get the job done and they are very affordable. When I needed a furnace A/C installed I got a number of quotes and lo and behold, American Appliance turned out to have the best price, and I knew I could trust them. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Came to look at a/c after lines & evaporator coil froze. It took 5 visits to finally diagnose problem & fix it over a 2 week period that required wife to miss 2 days of work, I missed 5 hours. They 1st cleaned debris from a/c lines, 2 hrs later it was frozen again could not come back same day, 2nd fix was a new TXV expansion valve, 2 hrs later all was frozen again could not come back for a few days, next was to top off Freon, two hrs later all frozen, 4th visit they finally actually look at & measure air flow thru coils (shouldnt this have been done on 1st visit as part of overall $60 diagnosis?) & found evaporator coils were dirty & required 2 hrs of cleaning that they could not do on that visit so they made a 5th visit, refused to give a discount of any kind!! Not even the KSL $10 of $100 or more! They said their repairs build off each other in order to diagnose! Refused to admit they should have tested airflow from start or that they replaced a TXV expansion valve for no reason

I don't know how these guys are with dishwashers or fridges, but my furnace went out today and we were left high and dry by another company. We called these guys desperate at about 5pm, and they sent Merrill out by 7pm (that's a late call!). He identified the problem (broken motor) and replaced it within about 10 minutes. In addition to that, in spite of it being a late call--he was kind, patient, and explained the issue to me in details that I could understand. That's what makes a great contractor/repairman--if he can educate the customer, because that empowers the customer and helps keep the customer from being had in the future. I highly recommend, especially if you get Merrill.

Sam came to my house to fix my furnace. He went the extra mile to make sure that everything was working correctly, and that I was satisfied. I am so happy with their prompt service. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Joe came out to repair my Sub Zero refrigerator and I am very happy with my experience. The tech was professional and honest, and he repaired my refrigerator for a low price. I will always use American Appliance for my repairs. Thank you!

Great service great prices, Merrill came out to my house and got my air conditioner ready for the summer. It's always a good idea to get your AC checked just in case having it breakdown in the summer would cost far more than a maintenance. The best thing about this company is that they are honest and they charge fair prices.

We have an old dishwasher that has been "fixed" by other handymen over the years. It never seemed to get better, so we gave American Appliance a call to see if it was salvageable. We told them we were ready to just get rid of it and get a new one. The technician came over in a timely fashion and after assessing the situation, he quickly fixed the problem. Their rate was very inexpensive and our dishwasher works like new. We have since had them over for repairs on our air conditioner as well. Top notch service at a great price - these are guys you can trust!

Their technician Joe did a piss poor job repairing my fridge. It cools now which is true. It also runs so loud I can hear it throughout my entire house. When I called they sent him back out, he said that is how it should sound. I have had this fridge 5 years, pretty sure I know how it should sound. It never sounded like a small crop duster flying around inide of it. The owner Merrill then said I need to call another company if I want it fixed properly.

These guys came out the same day I called. I've had bad experiences with appliance repair guys in the past and I was thinking about just buying a new one instead of getting it repaired. These guys changed my mind. Well worth the call. Very happy with American Appliance.

I called about my washing machine at 12:30 pm and they were able to send someone out that afternoon. Corey was very sweet and gave me a fair price on what it would cost to replace the motor. There was no pressure and he was very polite. I will definitely be calling them again if I have problems with any of my other appliances. :)

My water heater went out and I called American Appliance. They came within an hour with a new water heater and had it replaced very fast. My old water heater was still under warranty so they saved me $550This was the best experience I have had with a repair company. I will call them in the future for any repair or tech advice that I may need.
