I had them out October of 2013, it is now March of 2014 and the stove is still not fixed. Obviously I was not in a big hurry but this is ridiculous. They keep saying that the wrong part is being sent and this is always after I have to call them. I have been stood up twice by Ben the owner saying he will come out and try to fix the stove without the part. They have already taken a $50 deposit which I am fighting to get back. The women working the phone is always curt and rude. I have read the other reviews and agree that you should not call these goofs unless you like to waste your time!
