Was searching for a good deal and im not silly i understand finances quite well and interest rates etc....i was offered a loan for about 25 percent repayment value which in all reality isnt that bad for my situation. i decided to go ahead with the loan because i calculated that i repay by an extra one hundred each month the interest rate was actually gonna go down in the long run because ill have early repayment with no penalty.
