I have been using Riverside Honda for all of my Accord service maintenance for several years now because I found their service dept didn't try to upsell unnecessary repair unlike other dealers I've used. I love my Hondas having owned 5 in the last 20 years so of course when I started looking for a new small SUV I contacted Honda for quotes. I received several quotes from my local Honda Dealers on a 2017 CRV. Riverside Honda quoted me a great price for a CRV 2017. The price was so good I assumed the offer was for a pre-owned CRV asked the associate, The Internet Manager, what the mileage was. He replied no it was definitely a valid offer on a New CRV. So, of course I went in to start the purchase process.
When we say down to talk money and I reminded the Rep of his offer he basically said, "oops, my bad. We can't sell it for that but we can do this." And I got the same from the sales mgr.
I believe at least the Rep used "Click Bait" tactics. Using bait and switch to get me into the dealership to make a sale.
This is false advertising and dishonest. They have now lost a customer for all of their services. And a bad review all over the internet!

Took car in for o oil change and was told it needed $300.00 of maintenance done which I did. When I left the dealership my car was now making a loud noise so took it back and they said I needed new brakes. My car made no noise to start with then as soon as I drive out I have problems. I am very disappointed in there service department. I don't know what they did but I do not trust them anymore.

I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE IN PURCHASING MY CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! You always hear of people's bad experience with customer service. I would like to share my experience with receiving 5 star customer service, from everyone I came in contact with. My first encounter was with Kevin Lan who called me after I put in an inquiry over the internet. He was very friendly and accommodating to my schedule. My husband and I went in on a Saturday night at 6:30pm. Keep in mind they close at 9:00pm. The next person I encountered was our Sales Person for the evening CHRISTIAN T. I hesitate in calling him a sales person, he was more of a Customer Service Consultant. Christian was so patient, he answered any questions we had on the various cars. If he didn't know he didn't make up anything and just said he could find out for us. My husband and I were undecided on which car we wanted and if we were going to go used or new. Christian got pricing on 5 new vehicles and 3 used vehicles for us. NOT once did he look at his watch, sigh, and rush to a decision! This now at around 8:00pm and we are finally test driving a car. When we finally made our decision on a used vehicle, we got to experience BRIAN "BIG B" WILSON! Let's just say the price discussion took less than 5 minutes. I absolutely hate when you tell a dealership what you can pay, and they keep coming back to you, and it becomes a no win situation for the consumer. Big B worked with us. When I say worked, he took the time to explain why he could or could not do what we needed him to do. We got a GREAT deal on our car, I don't have the best credit either. Now it is 8:50pm. The next person is MR. ITALY, from Finance. Unfortunately I didn't get his name, but his knowledge and patience was awesome. We didn't start signing papers until around 9:30pm. He did not rush through ANY of the documents. He was so friendly. When we got out of his office the place was empty, except for Christian, Big B, Mr. Italy, and the detailer. My car was presented near the red carpet with a big red bow on it. Everyone came out to see me drive away. Go in and ask for these people by name. With the cost of vehicles these days, you should EXPECT to received exceptional service just like I did.
