Seriously the place of my nightmares. The all brick walls make you feel like you're in a prison. In my apartment there was one tiny window in the bedroom that I couldn't even open because it was broken since I moved in and was never fixed despite numerous maintenance requests. The lack of air flow caused mold. The first few months I lived there, there was absolutely no hot water, which especially sucked on account of it was during the winter. The water and electricity was shut off a number of times without warning. The county had to come in and force them to fix some of the problems under the threat of condemning the building. Homeless people often sleep in the hallways and lobby. Cars parked in the front were often hit. This place is INFESTED with ROACHES!! When I moved in I was told that they sprayed every couple of weeks. LIES! They sprayed the day I moved in never again. Some of the neighbors complained about mice too.This place is a slum.

Sure the rent is cheap but say goodbye to your deposit. I paid $1600 for deposit. When I got the apartment it had a broken window, broken slide door, a hole on the bathroom door, chipped paint, scratches and the apartment was hell dirty. I had to clean to apartment for 2 days and did not get time to care about my jet lag. The manager Manny knew about this. We did not do any damages to the apartment and cleaned the apartment before moving out. And yet, we got only $840 back. Cleaning and carpet cleaning-$160, Damages-$350, Painting-$250. We did not even get a freshly painted apartment and a clean apartment when I moved in and yet paid for them. I was plainly cheated.



As for the living condition, you can never get rid of the roaches. the common places and elevator is always dirty and bad smelling. Also I had neighbors who would do drugs at night with strong chemical odor coming out of their door. As for security, homeless people started living in the stairs a couple of time.

This place deserves -5 stars this place is infested with roaches and the management is horrible and rude, manny is the worst manager. If you complain they do nothing about it. And if you don't keep you receipts for the rent you pay they will try to get over on you and say you haven't paid your rent. The rent might be cheap but it is not worth all the problems that you will have here I only stayed 6 months and that was to long I couldn't wait to get out. DO NOT RENT from here.

Don't let the cheap rent get you. You get exactly what you pay for. A roach and rat infested dump. Not enough parking with the only alternative being to park on the street where your car gets broken into, which has happened to me. Our ceiling recently started leaking which gives the roaches a new reason to run rampant in our tiny studio apartment, not that they needed a reason. We are clean tenants, don't leave food or trash out, yet out constant barrage of bug bombs, roach gel, bait, and sticky traps aren't enough to keep the roaches and mice out of our place. We've only lived here a year, but in that time have had the pleasure of having our toilet, bathtub, and kitchen sink spew sewage water everywhere. If I can save one person from moving in here, I might sleep easier.
