Quick sign sent an installer to my house to place a sign post where my realtor had marked with a flag, announcing the for-sale status. The installer either ignored his instructions, or didn't bother to look for the flag; and instead, dug a hole in the very front of my house, uprooting and shredding two much nurtured plants, and slicing through the underground drip irrigation tube. My realtor discovered the error just after the damage was done. The installer then buried the post where it belonged, and fixed the drip line. However, he could not save the plants. So he covered the hole and placed the pieces of the broken plants on top of the mound - appropriately like a tombstone. When I called to complain, I did NOT receive an "I'm so sorry…we have spoken to our installer and promise to work with your agent to make things right." Instead I spoke to Maxi who insisted the installer was not to blame, and I would have to deal with my realtor since the order was not in writing, but made by phone. No copability. For all you Realtor/brokers out there, beware.
