Dr. Scoggins did not seem to really care or to listen. She was dressed in a very short mini dress which seemed innapropriate to me. I went there for the first time in hopes for help with my Bipolar disorder and in 12 minutes was out with a prescription. She did not tell me anything about the medication and on the second visit did not remember who I was or what drug she prescribed. She canceled my third appointment and when I rescheduled I was told by the office it would be a $80 charge. Maybe I don't know enough about psychiatry buy the drugs made me feel loopy and tired. It did not seem like the doctor was concerned at all. It seemed like she was more concerned about looking the part then actually treating patients. Sad and dissapointed. Heard that Dr. Kotimori had great reviews but a year waiting list. I'll will happily wait to be in proper care.

PLEASE beware of this office. They are out for your money and not your children's health. They ran our insurance, we were told that we were yes indeed covered, and cleared to book an appointment with Dr. Kotomori, several months in advance. Upon showing up to the appointment, they then said that our insurance was actually out of network and not covered- but that they could see our son that day if we paid $350.00 out of pocket. So, they lied over the phone to get us in there, then tried to scam our family out of $350.00. When pressed why they are now saying this, they said that they don't actually accept that insurance quite yet but will in a few months so we can book a new appointment for then! They refused to see our son, who was in great need of it, because of their mistake or scam- they were not willing to fix the problem. Please save yourself the hassle and time and find a more professional office who genuinely cares about their clients.
