these guys are GREAT! We had a some ongoing issues with our air conditioning and my home warranty company would not take care of the problem. Jason is fair and very very nice. They excel in customer service. Jason Jimmy and Johnny treat each other with great respect they are truly friends indeed and their main goal is to make sure the customer is happy. Our air conditioning was a hard fix but they came back until it was done just right and now we are having a good summer enjoying the cool air in our home.

My home central air conditioner stopped working so I call Polar Bear Air at 8am on a weekday. I live within a mile of the business. He was here in 15 minutes. Found the problem in about 15 minutes (bad capacitor in condenser). Went to Corona to get the part—back in an hour and fixed it. He spent another 15 minutes checking out the system to make sure it was ok. He charged me about $65 including the part.
