When my wife passed on 9/16/21 I called about 5 locations for her cremation and everyone I spoke to referred to my wife as the body or the corps and none had any respect or dignity or any kindness at all so I called Neptune Society of Riverside located at 5033 Arlington Ave Riverside CA. and I spoke with Ein and was treated with kindness and respect. She referred to my wife as a person not a body or a corps Erin then learned my wife's name and called her by name from that moment on I was then connected with Christine who than took care of it all from the Ern to all the paperwork from Social Security to the Corners office and everything else I can say with all of my respect and gratefulness for all there kindness I would refer them to anyone that is going through this horrible time in life Christine and Erin are there for you at Neptune Society of Riverside.
