I cannot speak highly enough about MB Plumbing and the wonderful service they have provided for me on multiple occasions.

I first contacted Mb Plumbing after another HVAC repair company was unable to diagnose a complicated issue with a hydronic heating system. They sent out someone immediately who was able to figure out the issue and give me a clear explanation of the timeline and cost of repairs. Not only did they solve the problem with the heating unit, but went above and beyond to make sure everything was working with the related plumbing and water heater.

Since then, anytime I have an issue at my place, I turn to MB Plumbing without hesitation, knowing that I can count on them to provide honest and exceptional service. Our several interactions over the past year have only reinforced my high opinion of their company.

I have been blown away quality of service they provide; everything from the kind staff's clear communication to their technicians' expertise and professionalism. Their exceptional reputation is well deserved!

My A.C. went out over the summer and Mark came out the same day and on a Sunday. He was very friendly and professional. I had not kept up on maintenance being a first time home buyer so he educated me on the importance and offered options for keeping things on track to avoid issues in the future. He did not push anything unnecessary.

A few months after they came out the A.C. stopped working again. They sent out a different technician same day and fixed the issue and it was under warranty so no cost to me.

They are quick, efficient, informative and honest. I refer everyone I know to them. I have had two friends work with with them and they both are extremely happy as well.

After 50 year's of working with the Ballard's I've come to expect excellence and after every service call, i've found i've recieved excellence. I can not ask nothing more.

This is the second time I have had major repairs done by Mark Ballard. Several years ago the company installed a heating/air conditioner. It went very smoothly and is still working very well. The next major project was having the wash machine moved from down stairs to upstairs plus there was a leak so the whole house was repiped. I was very impressed with the Workmanship. All of the workers were very kind, showed up on time and worked hard. They would cleaned up daily and if they said they were going to do something it was done. I appreciated the professionalism from all of them and the quality of work. It’s been several days since they finished and everything is working well. Thank you Mark for making this a positive experience.

We needed to have our main water line replaced. MB came out that day and started the next day with the repairs. We were given one price and there were no surprises. Chuck, our repairman, was very professional and friendly. The job was done with great care to avoid our sprinkler lines and was really well done. We could not be more pleased.

Excellent service. Same day appointment. Warren came out fixed my A/C in about 30 min. When I described the problem, Warren knew exactly what was wrong and started the repair. Would recommend this company to anyone. Very happy with the outcome.

I called this company after my a/c went out. The guy came out it took him over hour to tell me well it is probably your circuit board and maybe your fan motor. He quote me these crazy high prices. I paid the service fee and then called another company that fixed my air in 30mins and saved me over $400. This company is way overpriced!

Service was excellent on water heater . Charles was knowledgeable and efficient . Showed up prompt and completed the repair in under 45 minutes. Thanks for the hot water...

My father will only call Mark Ballard from now on. Warren came out was quick, curteous, and professional. We would recommend Mark Ballard (and Warren) to anyone.

My family will only call the Mark Ballard heating and air. Warren came out for the second time to fix a loose bracket and didn't charge us anything because he has been out to our house before. May the hand of God bless this honest family business!

I am pregnant and I was living without air-conditioning in 100 degree weather. My mom recommended Warren at MB plumbing and heating and called them one Friday afternoon. By the following Thursday I had the old asbestos removed, all new venting, a compressor and wonderful cold rooms. I have a Wi-Fi thermostat that I can adjust from my iPhone. So I don't even have to get out of bed. They were totally professional, competitive pricing and just wonderful. I used the hero financing so I don't have to make any payments until it hits my property taxes in November 2015. I will only be paying for the air-conditioner for the years that I'm living in the house.

MB is a great company. They are fast efficient and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

3/11 Called MB Plumbing spoke with Kelly. Appointment was made for 3/12 for a quote on my water heater. No one showed up nor called. When I called 3/13 to inquire, she didn't recall making an appointment with me. Terrible customer service!!

My furnace wasn't heating. i looked up services on YP and came across this company and reviews .I had Warren Brown come out right on time and run through his diagnostics and of course the heat came on i told him it does that once in awhile and then goes out . He patiently said im not leaving until it goes out again and it went out again ..He found the problem and fixed it ..He was excellent in his service but most of all trusting in what he was doing ,keeping me informed..If there were 10 stars here i would give him 10..I will recommend him to a few people that are asking for service on their air conditioners and then some..his card stays with me because he will be the one i call out when i need him to service my air conditioner or furnace..thank you im so happy and satisfied...Evelyn-Rialto....

7/12 called MB Plumbing... And Chad was able to fix frozen pipes by simple means and charging the standard diagnostic fees of $59.00

7/16 AC out with different issue, no air coming from condenser at all.

MB used the previous diagnostic payment toward current new AC issues. For $100 more I received 2 service house calls, parts (main AC contactor) and labor on both visits. Today's wait time was only 2 hours. Compared to 4 plus hours last time.

Chad was able to negotiate the price down far enough as well

Fair and honest. What was to be a quick fix, MB didn't try to charge upscaled or uneccasdary repair for services when something simple could have been the solution.

Although they had a lot of 5 star reviews lately, I was a little disappointed that the gal I spoke with in the office said she would call me when the tech. was on their way, and she never called, and that my window time was between 10 am - noon, and the tech. showed at 12:30. But I will say that the tech. was great, and that I was very satisfied with his work! I guess their rates are reasonable, I really don't know, but a friend told me that you can get capaciters in supply stores for about $20.....any way, it's fixed, and I'm happy.

Great experience with MB. Travis came out to do a tune-up on our 18 year old AC system. He was on time, pleasant, and honest. He told us everything was older but looked in great shape. There was no intent to upsell anything. And the price for the tune-up was just as advertised, which was at least $100 less than other quotes that I got. I will definitely use MB again.
