So, I just ordered a pizza from them and spent almost $35 on an order to have the pizza dough undercooked. I can usually look past this-but uncooked dough makes me sick, when I called to let them know they told me they could not do anything about it and it was all pre-made. I'm not an idiot, I know it came out of the oven too early. After a little persistence they offered to exchange it for another which I have to accept as they will not give a refund and I cannot eat this pizza. The quality of customer service was very poor and when I asked for the managers name (this was before I complained about anything, I just wanted to know whom I was speaking with) he would not give it to me. What the hell kind of people are you hiring??? Sadly, when my friend looked at the cheesecake she had ordered, it was Oreo instead of plain. That is when we decided to write this lengthy review, don't f*** with a woman's cheesecake. I am afraid to look at the pasta we ordered and afraid the pizza that will be coming will tainted. It is a pizza place, not rocket science. If I wanted $5 quality service and pizza I would have gone to Little Cesars. I recommend going to Little Cesars.

Pizza is super. Staff is friendly and the owner (Marchello) is very nice.
