i have not used their service, but i can attest to the character of the “technicians” they send to you.

i did not want to have to take the time to write this review, but Ron (the owner?) has failed to address the situation like he told me he would.

on wednesday, february 27 i was driving home from work. at 8:45pm i was going down van bueren, coming from the eastvale area. a white van merged onto van bueren and flew across all four lanes to get to the far left side. the man did not signal and he cut me off, so, naturally, i honked at him because he made me brake and didn’t signal. he responds by slamming on his breaks, as if he wanted me to hit him. he did this twice before a new left lane opened up and i merged over because i was terrified of being behind his guy.
when i switch lanes, he swerved the van as if he was going to hit me. he again acted like he was going to hit me, and actually got in front of me and slammed on his breaks.

this all happened in about 30 seconds. twice slamming on his breaks in front of me, and twice swerving his van at me.

so after the light turns green we turn left onto arlington, i need to get into the right lane to turn onto monroe. i merge behind a truck, and this van proceeds to attempt to sandwich me between his van, the truck, and the side walk. getting as close to me as he can without hitting me. at this time i’m panicking because this man is clearly trying to threaten me.

shaking, managed to get the phone number off the van. i called and left a frantic message. when i got home i googled the number and found it was this business.

if i had someone in the car, or if i had video of the incident, i would have immediately called the police.
this business is a danger to the public.
