Terrible service. They advertise pepperoni pizza READY to pick-up. But, I had to wait in line 10 minutes JUST TO ORDER a regular pepperoni, then had to wait another 35 minutes for the pizza. 5 people in the back scurrying around, but NO PROGRESS. So unorganized, seemed like no one was in charge. They definitely are in need of a manager. No one had customer skills, rude. Will NEVER comeback?

not only did I have to repeat myself 3 times, even speaking verrrrrrry slooooooowly helped. Then when I got there to pick up my order, orders were being placed on the rack ready to pick up, employees calling out the customers names, but strangely, one order that was ready, was being ignored. after seeing people come in & leave with their food, I asked who ordered that pizza that was by itself on the ready rack. Yep, you guessed it. It was mine! being there the whole time, ignored & getting cold. Then there is pricing. The 5 dollar pizza is listed promently on the board, but if you want an extra topping, they charge you 6 dollars plus the $1.50 for the additional topping. I regularly go to the torrance, ca store & am never overcharged, but this one seems to feel it can & isnt a bit sorry for it.

I guess they have so much business, they can afford to treat customers as disposable.
