I try to schedule my Lexus IS for service every 5,000 miles. This is hard for me financially. I always bite the bullet and make it work and always call Robert Leinz to service my vehicle. Each time I call, he instantly knows who I am and the details about my car without having time to pull up my vehicle history. If my car needs anything, he will let me know and will try to get the best price possible on needed repairs. He completely understands if I cannot have my car serviced there because of the cost. He just wants me to get my car running properly whether or not the dealership performs the repairs or not. I do get a lot of my repairs done there as I trust Lexus technicians versus some random mechanic who does not work on Lexus vehicles. I will always ask for Robert. Very professional and knowledgeable.
