I used Kleveno via Bogner Pools and this is the only review for their contractors that I am writing because the service was unbelievable! Start to finish they were so patient in educating me on the various styles and options but also putting up with my constant changes and then persistence to want straight lines. Dave at Kleveno Concrete warned me of the potentials that with straight lines if you get a crack it is much harder to replace vs curved lines and I took my chances and didn't even have one hairline crack! They showed up when it was still dark outside and did not disturb my beauty sleep and by the time I woke up they were almost done. It was actually breath taking I had not realized the importance of concrete and the face lift it would do for my backyard. My first words were "Wow this looks expensive!". Their crew was pure perfection and watching them work was awesome knowing how much they cared. The guys were all professional and enjoyed my humor and they also did the stamping for me which I was so pumped to see because I wasn't sure if I wanted it at first. So glad I did it. In a nutshell the communication and their eagerness to please was the best customer service I have ever received. I also got 6 bids and they were one of the most affordable and with the best reviews which led me to be so thankful I chose them. Now I want to concrete everything! Thank you so much for the amazing job. I also was nervous because I wanted to bring the cantilever to the edge of my pool for a modern look but knew it had to be done right or it would make the pool look sloppy and the edge of the pool is the most beautiful part. Thank you Kleveno Concrete, I will be referring all my friends and family! My dads new house will be needing about 20k sq ft!

I recently had some concrete work done through Kleveno Concrete and I am more than pleased. Not only does my backyard look the best it ever has, but the customer service was exceptional! The owner did not try to sell me or get me to do things I was not interested in. He gave me his honest opinions and advise when asked. I felt more like I was dealing with a friend than a salesman. This was a great company to deal with and paid very close attention to detail.
