I was being sued by a company that I felt was unfair.
I am in Las Vegas, Nevada and hired this law group to take my case.
My lawyer was Michael Kind. He was happy to take my case after I provided him with proof that I was being treated unfair and did not stand a chance of defeating the case without an attorney.
I am a single mom and cannot afford a lawyer.
I met with Michael and he explained to me that his fees would be covered by the party that was suing me, but I would have to cover the cost of filing the paperwork in the courthouse.
That was all I needed to hear because the cost was $71.00 and that I could gladly pay!
It seemed like it took forever, and was very stressful for me, there were papers to electronically sign that Michael emailed me and I would email them back and hope that he could really help me resolve the matter.
At the end of the 3rd month, I received a call from Michael letting me know the company was going to dismiss the charges!
I could not believe it! I was so happy!
I truly think that because he was so professional, knowledgeable, honest, and sincere he was able to help me through this situation that could have ruined my credit, and allowed garnishment of my bank account!
