HCBC handled a water damage for us, and we were back to normal within a week. They billed our insurance and we felt very comfortable with them in our home. I will be using them for their other services as well down the road.

The technician was polite, quiet and efficient. The carpet came out much cleaner than I expected. Thank you!

I am a senior citizen and very cautious. But these folks were tireless workers, careful with furniture and household belongings. They were quiet, pleasant and polite, anxious to please. I felt comfortable with them here, and found them to be honest and caring, a rare find these days.

After they cleaned our air ducts, I was so pleased that I had them return the next day to clean the carpet throughout our home. Very nice people and the work was top notch. Can I give them 10 stars? I will definitely make them our provider of any of the services they provide in the future.

Greg came out and cleaned my air ducts. He's so kind, friendly and professional. He gave me an estimate for carpet cleaning. I'll be making that appointment within the next month. We are very particular who comes into our home. So it speaks volumes that we are welcoming him back for future appointments. You can't go wrong with this honest and reliable company!

Great from start to finish. I called the young lady on the phone was sweet and helpful. she is the one who lead me to reviews. She asked if I had read the reviews and it lead me here. I have since signed up and will be an avid review giver. The customer service and kindness on my call in was great, she booked me a job on the day I needed and told me I would love my cleaning, she was right! My cleaning turned out beautiful! I already told my neighbor about them. I will be calling again next time too.

As an older lady, I am cautious who I allow into my home. Greg at Happy Carpet and Blind Cleaning made me feel very comfortable when I spoke with him on the telephone, and I was equally as comfortable when his employee was in my home working. They took great care of my furnishings and cleaned very, very thoroughly. I was struck by their attention to detail. Also, the carpets dried very quickly, even though they used hot water extraction. My carpets have never looked so beautiful, and felt so soft after they dried. I am truly impressed, and recommend them with neither hesitation nor reservation.

Fantastic quality work! My carpets look so fresh and new now, compared to the terrible condition they were in! Happy Carpet and Blind employees were thoughtful, honest, and took great care with my furnishings. And.. the price they quoted on the phone was the exact price I paid. No up sell pressure at all. I appreciate that level of honesty, and I have found my carpet cleaner for life!

Only call this company if you want EXCELLENT WORK DONE. They are very detail oriented, and you will be more than pleased that you called them. They have done work in my home more than once: carpet cleaning, upholstery and my air ducts. And each time I have been thrilled that I used them. I can't recommend them strongly enough! I would give them six stars if I could.

Top quality work! I used Happy Carpet and Blind for my carpet cleaning a couple weeks ago and was SOOOO IMPRESSED. I wanted to wait to see if any stains or spots came back and…. THEY ARE STILL GONE! If you want the cheapest fly by night cleaner, call someone else. These guys truly are VERY detailed, take extreme care to perfect their "art" and make your carpets look FANTASTIC. They don't rush the work either. And about the best part is that the price they quote on the phone IS THE PRICE YOU PAY. Not the cheapest and not the most expensive (I checked others), but I have to say they are the best. I had used others, like Stanley Steamer, Chem-Dry, and others in the past, and NO ONE COMPARES TO THESE GUYS. I also felt very comfortable, safe and secure with them in my home. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN!

I'm glad we called Happy Carpet and Blinds, because what they did to my carpets is nothing short of amazing. From old stains to just everyday wear, they made them look excellent. I felt comfortable having Greg in my home and would recommend him to anyone!

This was my first time using Happy Carpet & Blind Cleaning Company and I will be recommending them to all my friends and family moving forward. Outstanding cleaning of my upholstery (sofa, chair, love seats and cushions). They look brand new and smell fresh too. It's doubtful I will ever use any other company.

Greg is the man! HCBC came and cleaned my carpet and it looks great. He was able to make my 20 year old carpet look almost brand new. He is knowledgable about what he does and explains everything thoroughly so no surprises. Affordable prices for the value you receive. Definitely recommend HCBC for carpet cleaning.
