JUST AWFUL! Avoid this place like the plague! They will give you a great price then tell you you need all this extra stuff that should have been included in the original price. On top of that they will neglect to put all your parts back on the car and leave your car a filthy mess. We were traveling through town and had a head gasket blow. These guys promised the best price and they were. After the car was all apart, they wanted us to pay extra for coolant, seals, a water pump and timing belt; some of which are necessary to perform a head gasket job, others that had just recently been replaced under regular service. When I got the car home I found that they neglected to recharge the A/C, they left off an A/C bracket, they neglected to tighten the lower radiator hose, they had damaged another bracket trying to remove it (instead of removing the bolt that held it in place), and left the cargo area full of oily greasy dirt. This was the worst customer service I have ever received.
