I've owned 5 new Cadillacs since 1990 and have used Dutton for service for many years. I enjoy working with Ed Fowler, who is patient and thorough. I bought my new 2014 XTS Platinum from Dutton and I'm sure I'll buy my next one there. The sales staff is no high pressure, the customers are treated with dignity, and the facility is nice. Higher end vehicle buyers/owners should receive such amenities as part of the package, and Dutton delivers this to my satisfaction.

Dutton is a very beautiful dealership with a nice looking service area. I went in for a tire rotation, oil change and to service my tire monitoring system on my Escalade. They were fast and to the point, which I liked. However, when I picked up my car, they did not have a technician or even a service writer review anything with me whatsoever. They are supposed to go through a multi-point inspection with every single vehicle to ensure that we are not driving off with some other detrimental issue concerning the vehicle. Also, this is why you take your car to a dealership who specializes in your make of vehicle and not some mom and pop shop. They failed to review anything with me even when I asked for someone to. They also did not even perform the standard inspections of my vehicle as there was nothing listed on my write up sheet whatsoever concerning this. That was reason enough for me not to ever trust them with my car ever again, however 2 days after I got home, my check engine light came on. Are you kidding me! This is exactly why they are supposed to CHECK YOUR VEHICLE. I called them to let them know my frustrations and they did not care one bit and said I need to bring the car back in. YEAH RIGHT! This is exactly why they fail in completing their work in the first place, so that you have to spend more of your time and money to bring it back in. Just because you have a fancy looking building doesn't mean you have the skill and Dutton definitely lacks common sense service writing techniques.

I have been a satisfied customer of Dutton Motors for more then 10 years. I bought a cadillac that I only have serviced at Dutton and I have always ask for Sanjae Encinas and he and all staff have always just great.

I seldom write online reviews. But I'm complimenting the Dutton Family, the owners and their staff, for more than 75 years, of Dutton Motors, for their excellent hospitality, superior service and general attention to detail. I have returned on many occasions and enjoyed the same service. It starts with a welcome at the door, attention to detail and I love the added touch of being called by name. Dutton Motors know their business of cars and they are attentive and prompt to facilitate the needs of their clients. I love their selection of cars, and always appreciate being informed about the newest makes/models of Cadillac's. It has been my pleasure to purchase and have my vehicles serviced, without hassle, year after year. I will purchase my next car from them again. All in all I have only good to say about Dutton Motors. They add a touch of class to Riverside!!
