Was told I was going to get a free consultanation and a week later I was charged the bill beware guys

I don't know what these other people are talking about!!! She is the best!!! She has a great team too. I've been coming to her since she started the practice in 2002.

Was told we were getting a FREE consultation, was even asked to bring X-rays from my dentist.Shocked when I received a bill. Tried numerous time to speak to DrRice, was told she doesn't speak to patients regarding "office" matters.When I cancelled future appt they retaliated by sending my account to a collection agency for what i was told was a "misunderstanding" on their part. Filed a complaint with BBB. BEWARE

I am very please with the dental work Dr. Rice and her team did on me. When I walked in the office I was greeted by their staff, right away I was taken back Dr. Rice was very friendly and the financials was explained to me. I understand now how my insurance works and know that a payment is never a guarantee of payment until my insurance receives the bill. I love how they treated me and how smoothly everyone introduced themselves from receptionist-to assistant-to Dr.-to financials-to my dismissal will recommend everyone here

In reading many other reviews for Dr. Rice where former patients have given their names, it makes sense to see glowing reports. My experience with some minor work was definitely positive, but her recommendations for further treatment were in error.
