For the fairness of all our clients, appointments are absolutely necessary due to the high volume of clients seen per day. Appointments helps keep our preferred 3 - 4 hour turn around time frame as close as possible with most dogs.....Any plus or negative time frames is depended on some dogs health abilities that may somehow affect other clients only if or when needed per day.
