Very impressed with the day nursing care staff, evening staff is hit or miss. The NOC crew is scary.

PICC line accidentally got pulled out about 8-10 inches sometime during sleep and the NOC RN tried to push it back in, which is a VERY dangerous!

Hemovac drain came apart and didn't swab it before putting it back together.

Hemovac drain had no drainage for days, and then all of a sudden it increased by a large amount. No staff came to assess despite frequent requests.

Bed didn't lock, moved when sat on; room heater broken, & toilet bowl not firmly bolted down. Roommate's bed also had a broken lock, been complaining for 3 months with no resolution.

NOC very noisy/parties

Food is very bland.

Frequently on hold for more than 15 minutes whencalled, multiple transfers, no one seemed to know what was going on.

Poor hand hygiene by staff.

Poor care scheduling resulting in multiple wake ups during the NOC.

Poor communication between shifts / staff.
