Provided by YP.comThis bank does not feel like CITI-bank but more like COUNTRY-bank. Waiting line is excessively long. People working behind the counter are incredibly incompetent and slow. Usually one loan officer on the floor who has no idea what's happening. And, hardly anyone ever smiles in the place...neither the employees nor the patrons. Simply a dreadful place to bank.
