Worse customer service ever!!! Buyer beware!!!! I had a pair of shoes that were a gift and I needed to exchange them. They were still in the box and never worn. They would not do an exchange without a reciept. I wasn't asking for my money back or store credit just a simple exchange. Cathy Jean does not put their customers first. I don't shop here, now I know why. Not to mention the shoes are very poor quality.
