very rude, unprofessional, just didn't show up & won't resched. would have been our first time. totally disppointed. gave us lame excuse. they messed up our day.

The groomer was awesome. She was so nice and friendly and you could tell she really cared about my baby. She even let me sit there and look at pebbles get groomed. Wait till you see the cute van. Thank You Neli
