Traveling for business and needed information of closest train station and departure information. Automated system was voice activated and easy to use. I could also book and obtain return information in one call. Downside-not able to skip when searching for reservations. The option wasn't given that a skip function was available to jump to the next schedule time, but I might try next time to say skip or next travel time. Overall, user friendly and quick in obtaining information. i would recommend using this service.
