Dear Brian, Carolyn,Millie and Staff,
I hope you all are able to read the review, Here is what I wanted to say from my heart. I am a 73 year old disables woman who lives alone. I was very frightened about moving. Brian, the owner came to my home for an hour estimate. I was immediately impressed with his compassion ad superior aspects of a move. he assured me that he would take care of every detail of the move, and I would not have any stress. He was absolutely correct.
I also worked with Carolyn and Millie, whom also reassured me that all the details will be handled with professional and no stress at all. The cost of the move was unbelievable reasonable. Out of no control of my own, I needed to cancel the initial date of the move 24 hours prior. Carolyn was extremely understanding and gladly rebooked my move to the first slot that was available.
The day of the move was Perfect, Smooth, and No Stress at all. In fact, Brian, the owner, was here to oversea and helped with all aspects of packing, unpacking and moving my furniture.
I am extremely thankful and grateful for the entire crew and the professionalism of Samonas Prime Moving and Storage. I have no words for how wonderful the staff was in assisting me every step of the way.
I recommend this company 100%, God provided a superior and skillful company. Always the most success that the Lord will provide, we will tell all about this company, especially Margo and her agency, etc and real estate agents. Paulette S
