Bad Hair Cut. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Started with my reviewing what my profile said, then telling the stylist not to cut my neck line up. She DID NOT listen, and cut my neck so far up I look like a TENNESSEE REDNECK HILLBILLY with a cut by Grandma Joe. Then the manager tried to say it was a mistake with my name. You are so wrong Sam. This was a crappy hair cut, and a stylist who did NOT listen, and was looking for the next hair cut on a busy day. Did not care. Not going to come back. I will also need to buy one of those Deseret Hats with a Neck cover to avoid the humility and sunburn.

got mine and my 1yr old daughters hair cut here today and when I left I could not stop crying the manager is the one who cut our hair. first I was only cutting my babys bangs so she could see well she barely trimmed them so they were still in her face I asked her to please cut a little bit more and she chopped them my daughter now has one and a half finger length of bangs left it looks so horrible. as for my hair I told her what I wanted done and she did not do anything I had asked she kept saying how cute it was it looked exactly like her hair cut but shorter after seeing what she done to my daughters hair I told her it was fine that way my hair didn't get chopped as well! I also bought a shampoo and conditioner set marked 59.99 she charged me 75.99 didn't notice until I got in my vehicle went in and had her refund me. last thing I left her a $10 dollar tip because that's what kind of person I am. did she deserve it? probably not. never ever will I go there again nor would I refer anyone to go there as well.
