My finance owns a landscaping company and recently I have been helping him pay for materials and dumping fees. I purchased topsoil for him from this company over the phone using my debit card. After completing the purchase, the representative who works for the company (Natale) took it upon himself to pay for my finance's existing tab for various services/material of over $1,000 using my debit card information without my authorization!!! When I discovered this by looking at my checking account transactions online, I called Natale and asked why he did this and his response was well he has a balance with us that has to be cleared up. My response to that was well that's up to him, I don't own the landscaping business and you shouldn't just charge someone's card with letting them know or getting authorization to do so!! He refused to refund my money and now I have to dispute it with my bank which will take up to 10 business days and they cannot guarantee you money will be refunded.



So be careful when dealing with this company and don't give them your debit/credit card information. They engage in BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!
