I was kinda skeptical at first because they just switched to a new manager, but he was very helpful and kind. I felt that he was trying to explain everything that was wrong with my car and not trying to scam me. I sat in the waiting area and was able to sit back and watch him work. He is really polite and very passionate about his job. I will say that his crew in the back was a little slow but I would see him walk out there and pep them up and motivate them. I will return to this Firestone. I was treated fairly and with respect. Thank you Mr. Strowder
