It's impossible for insurance agents to "rip-off" anybody. Insurance agents as well insurance companies are highly regulated by the Insurance board of Texas. The person that wrote the previous review should stick to his own business, he knows nothing about insurance, or how insurance business works.

this man Diego Pedroza is a thief. He has charged my landlord 11k per year for several years to insure a 3950sq ft building worth 115k. She is an older woman and he took advantage of her. By the way, he used to rent a space in the building from her so he knows the building well. I have also heard other people being ripped off by him. I hope she reports him!!!
