love Dr. Cate she is a very caring person who truly cares about her patients

I called in to see if I could schedule an appointment for a massage since they have a visible sign outside their facility that says "massage therapy" and the person on the other end got kind of huffy and flat out said they were booked. She didn't even offer another time slot or day or anything. So unfortunately, someone else got my money that day.

Dr. Cate is wonderful, the staff is very nice, I walked in last week and have only been there 2 times I see a difference already. I am never going any where else,

I love Dr. Kate & Staff. I have severe back problems at a very young age and drove myself up there because I was in so much pain. They came out and helped me get out of my car and walked me in. I was in there for 3 hours getting numerous things done and dr. kate gave me her cell phone number because she was going out of town. She saw me 4 days in a row and i syill go to her for everything! She is not a sellsperson, she is a real doctor that cares!

Too bad I didn't get to experience all the good things that the 5-star reviewers have to say about Better Bodies Chiropractic. I have done a full chiropractic treatment from a different doctor and doing a monthly maintenance for more than a year now. Better Bodies is closer to our home so my husband and I dropped by Better Bodies one Sat to inquire about their services. The lady on the front desk handed me forms to fill-up and photocopied my insurance card and ID. She said they will call my insurance company to check my co-pay and will call me back for the details. We decided to answer the forms at home and return the documents soon as we hear from them. TWO weeks have passed and we did not hear a word from them so I decided to submit the filled-up forms one Tuesday. Sylvia, the receptionist, apologized to me, photocopied my insurance card and ID again and promised to call back the same day. I did not hear from her that day but called the following day with my co-pay details. She asked me if I want to schedule an appointment with Dr. Cate but since I still needed to check my schedule, I said I will call her back. Sylvia gave me an ultimatum and said she will only hold on to my papers until Friday. I called back the same day and because of the labor day weekend holiday, my Saturday appointment was set on 9/11/10. With all the good reviews, I was so excited and could not wait for another week to pass. On the day of the appointment, my husband and I didn't want to be late so we arrived 5 minutes early but the clinic was close. That was fine because we were early. We waited for another 10 minutes in the parking lot but still nobody arrived so we decided to leave a voice mail message to let them know we arrived on the appointment day and we requested for a return call. Sylvia only called on Tuesday at 6pm and left a voice mail message asking if I want to reschedule the appointment. NO EXPLANATION NOR APOLOGY WHATSOEVER. With the unprofessional way we were treated, there is no way we will reschedule the appointment. There are a lot of Chiropractors around the area that are close by and I don't mind driving another 10 miles to my current Chiro where employees treated us with respect and my doctor is also one of the best.

On a whim I stopped into Dr. Cates office to see if there was something that accupunture could do for my case. She stayed late on a Saturday to visit with me extensively to see what the best course of action would be. After many doctors ran through the big stuff they threw up their hands and just began treating the symptoms, Dr. Cate not only treated the symptoms but is digging to find the root cause to eliminate the symptoms.



Dr. Cates office is a place of relaxation and healing from the moment you walk in the door. From her wonderful receptionist, her massage therapists, to her own friendly disposition you know that you are in the right place. After just one visit they remembered my name which made we feel welcome and comfortable to be there.



If you are looking for a place of healing and honest answers, stop looking. You will find that place at Better Bodies.

The staff is so knowledgable and caring. Dr. cate is by far the best chiropractor I've ever been to. They stayed late for me and saw me three days straight when I was in pain, spedning almost an hour with me each time. The massage therapists are both awesome and I'm feeling better than I have in a long time!

Dr Cate and her staff are AWESOME!!! What a great, genuinely caring team! I really appreciate the fact that they look at you as an individual, and what will work best for your situation. Dr Cate evaluates you at each visit, rather than setting you up on a rigorous schedule of multiple visits a week. They are flexible and available when you need them. They don’t try to keep you coming, if you don’t need it, but rather, wean you off, with instructions and tools to keep pain away. I have recommended them to several people already! If all you need is a really good massage, you are covered there, too!!!

Dr. Cate took plenty of time with me and explained everything she did. I feel much better and am only going once a month now. The massage therapists are awesome too!
